Refund Policy

All deposit payments made are non-refundable. However, if services are not rendered as agreed upon in the contract and after accepting the final payment, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of GLITZ ACCESSORIES LLC., AKA TWISTED SISTERS EVENTS AND SERVICES.
